Gently twist, rock and elongate your body with rhythmic fluidity. This purifying sanctuary of breath and motion strengthens and relaxes you, unlocking the door to your vitality.
Part I–Fluid, Soothing, Circulating
This sequence, done prone with limbs extending and retracting, activates your core.
Part II–Lively, Dynamic
You begin cross-legged, then roll and breathe to charge up your system. Though seated, it may be strenuous for some.
Part III–Slow, Sweet, Gentle & Deep
A deep, slow, subtle movement meditation. Very healing. Very centering.Each section can be done separately but together they make the perfect nurturing movement session.
