Without words, with beautiful music, with eyes open or closed, in the continual flow of breath awareness, we weave our inner and outer space and ignite our spiritual heart. For men and women. Practices include: Deep State Movement Meditations, Transformational Dance, Rocking, writing, Deep Rest, spiritual conversation. We will feel refreshed, more awake, and connected to our body and breathing.

About Dunya:
Dunya’s powerful teaching guides participants into their depths, their aliveness, their presence. Dunya Dianne McPherson, BFA, MA, is an acclaimed authority and meditative leader. Juilliard graduate, Sufi Master, and NEA Choreography Fellow, Dunya’s teaching credits include Princeton University, Swarthmore College, New York University, Hunter College , Barnard College, Kripalu and others. Dunya has her MA in writing and is the author of Skin of Glass: Finding Spirit in the Flesh, a memoir about dance as a spiritual path.
