At Ravenrock, 160 acres of high desert terrain at 7000 feet in Northeastern New Mexico, mystics and artists find sanctuary. We can pause from frenetic modern life, catch our breath, and connect deeply with our inner truth. Magnificent Ponderosa forests, grassy pinion & juniper-flecked flat top, rock rim with a breath-taking 100-mile vista of uninhabited canyon and mesa, both remote and quiet, will support our seeking.

In order to move our practice to this very special environment, we are raising $250,000 to construct simple facilities and to purchase additional adjacent land for community retreat.

Our vision includes:
- a three-season straw bale meditation space
- a modest year-round living and meditation space
- a simple kitchen
- camping pitches for summer retreatants
- composting toilets and wash stations
- ice garden
- summer vegetable and herb gardens

The Dervish Society of America is dedicated to the path of evolutionary Sufism. DSA provides programs and opportunities for personal development, exploratory inquiry into embodied spirituality, and community connection through practice, service, and performance.
